After almost 20 years practice in the field of electronic controls for blow moulding machines, the engineers of it-autec, have developed a completely new control system, which has been presented for the first time on the K2004 at Düsseldorf.
Based on the experience gained in both -theoretical and practical- control engineering it was our target to:
- develop a sturdy, clear and precise structured, but particularly a practical and easy to handle control system
- which works by the use of standard hardware without special and therefore expensive electronic cards or plates
- and in addition is easy to install without large expenses to new or refurbished (retrofit) machines.
For the realisation of our plans we revert to approved, reliable and function - independent hardware of Beckhoff GmbH.
World wide spare part supply is warranted by using these standard hardware components. Delivery problems of spare parts and therefore extensive long term machine breakdowns are history by now.
Our actual product range covers:
- SmartWds independent wall - thickness programmer
- BlowMotion automatic motion and / or wall - thickness control
- BlowControl complete blow moulding machine control with many parameter- and configuration options
Since their presentation at K 2004 it-autec products become firmly established as an international supplier with an increased number of enquiries,
A large number of new and refurbished blow moulding machines of well known machine manufacturers are working reliably with it-autec controls for many years now, whereas client specific requests have been individually integrated in the controls.
